At VERA, we are lucky to work with fantastic chefs from across the south. Every year, these bright young men and women leave their jobs and their homes to join us in Augusta for a week or more to craft delicious meals for our catering clients.

Where are you working currently? Haven in Tampa Fl.
What is your favorite type of cuisine to prepare? Any type of seafood, preferably locally caught or harvested.
When did you first start working with VERA? 2014 (I think)
What is your favorite thing about working during tournament week? I love the buzz of Augusta during tournament week, and meeting people from all over the world who come together for good food and a historic weekend.
